A New Beginning Together: JRMS 2026 Kick-off Ceremony

all JRMS employees gathered together to mark the beginning of a new year. As we looked back on a challenging year, we expressed sincere appreciation for one another’s dedication and hard work. The ceremony began with a shared commitment to move forward together and make the most of the year ahead. In his New Year’s address, the Chairman emphasized the importance of continuing forward without standing still. He shared that true strength comes not only from results, but from happiness and trust built through working together. Laughter, gratitude, and mutual consideration were highlighted as values that make the company stronger. This was followed by presentations from the President and the Executive Director. They shared perspectives on preparing for the year ahead, encouraging everyone to work with mutual respect and rely on well-structured systems. While busy times are expected, they emphasized growing together as one team. During the ceremony, each employee shared a brief New Year’s resolution. It was a moment to reflect on both individual commitments and shared goals. A special highlight was a surprise gesture from the Chairman. The “Acha Award” was presented to all employees, filling the room with smiles and applause. The ceremony concluded with a group photo in front of the event banner. It captured our first shared memory of 2026. In the year ahead, JRMS aims to move forward step by step. Supporting one another. Pursuing happiness together. Continuing our journey as a united team.
